To obtain energy, cells take in nurtrients from outside. There is a large amount of energy in the nutrient. The energy is chemical energy, descried in red lines, which connect the atoms, such as carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen in the nutrient into one molecule. In other words, when nutrients enter a cell, decreibed in green arrow, chemical energy of nutirient also enters the cell, decribed in red arrow.

For the cell to obtain the energy, nurtrients are removed from outside of the cell.Ther are plenty (lots ?) of energy are inside of the nutrients. These chemical energy are descried in red lines, and nutrients including atoms, such as carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen are connected into one molecule. In other words (to sum up ?),when nutrients enters a cell, decreibed in green arrow, chemical energy of nutirient will also enters inside the cell, decribed in red arrow.
Please be noted that the nutrients shown above, are not carbohydrate nor lipid. This has many carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and is a fictional nutrients which can be equally divided into two-division.
